EMBAIXADA DA REPÚBLICA POPULAR DE ANGOLA IN FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA (2)
the Defence Ministry comunications of people Republic of Angola, recently on January 1970, February 1978 and March 1978. So, this movement of foreign troops crossing voluntary our borders our air space, violating the internationals laws, koeling inhumany poscefull and indefenced people, up to date, for the Republic of France this is not an invasion?
This is clearly an invasion and, is our inalianable right to defende ourselfs; by wich way, this doesn concern at all to the Government who belong His Excelency the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France, but only the People Republic of Angola. And clsrifying His Excelency Mr, De Guiringaud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of France the Cubans and Soviets refered in your interveu on 3 78 to the Nigerian Television in Lagos, exist in People Republic of Angola and novor in such mentioned number; about them was declaTed several times that they were invited by the Angolan Government, in a crucial moment of our political life, this mean, when we the Poople Republic of Angola were suffering a strongly invasion from Zairo and from South Africa, mercenarios, etc. They come in a real solidarity to us without any economical or political interest, and now in a new field we are doing together an happy national reconstrution of Angola. This is a fooling wich the government of French Republic doesn understand hou it possible, but it is, and the French People has understanded a long time ago.
This is absolutly different, whitout any possible paralelism of attitudo concerning the french troops located in some africans countries, like Tchad, Sonagal, Zaire, Marrocos, Mauritany, Djibouti and Diego Garcia where we find french military bases operating or even when we constact raids such that one against the Saharaoui Pooplos; at last contrarios actions with the foolings of pooples, thoir aspirations. This is an aggrossion, an invasion, who the mainly abjectif is to rostora tho secular situation of domination wich France enjoyed or to maintain the french neocolonialism in Africa.
